Our Mission
At No Guns For Kids, we are dedicated to creating a safer environment for and by our children. Our mission is to reduce youth violence and promote peaceful resolutions through education,community and family involvement.There are negative influences eveywhere so we need to make sure our homes are possitive,peaceful and always open to discussions about anything at anytime.
Enlightening Parents
The first words we speak and our first steps we take are usually never alone and with a proud parent there to coach us along. There is probably even a picture or video of it around somewhere. Well, what about the first time your kids hear about a friend they know that has a gun. Most don't realize how important that day is as well. The coaching that should happen that day is literally the difference between life and death and not nearly enough time is spent discussing. It's a subject that is so critical and potentially harmful and dangerous yet somehow gets missed at the dinner table time and time again. Let's change that for our children. Let's change that for us Parents. Let's change that together!
